Author Responsibility

  • Confidentiality: Review or reviewer comments should be kept confidential.
  • Constructive evaluation: Decisions and judgments must be constructed so as to provide insight to the author without controversy.
  • Competency: A reviewer with sufficient expertise will help to achieve the goal of the script.
  • Impartiality and integrity: The reviewer's decision should depend solely on scientific achievement, relevance to the subject, the scope of the journal rather than the financial, racial, ethnic considerations of an author.
  • Timeliness and responsiveness: The reviewer must take responsibility for completion of the review within the relevant timeframe.
